HA HA in the Sea hee hee

I love to swim in the ocean - I love to swim in the sea

This week I was on an island called St. Barthelemy

I had the opportunity to swim in the Carribean sea - woohoo

I love to lay back and float as I look up at the sky and watch the clouds dance

I love to hum HA HA HA HA HA while I am floating on the ocean of life
I love to hear my voice vibrate through my body into the water.

I imagine myself sending out ripples of HA HA from my core out into the sea

It makes me so ha HA HA happy.

HA HA Happy People

On Tuesday mornings - these are the Peeps that greet me - they show up from all over to HA HA HA and sHA HA HAkti sHA HA HAke their stress away. In the park, under the trees, they show up to LAUGH and smile and hug.

These beautiful Sister Goddesses and Wild Succulent Men share their HA HA superPowers as we create a sacred space to play and dance. For 30 to 45 minutes we gently stretch and laugh and play and then we hug and take a photo and disperse. Each of us taking a little bit of HA HA and each other as we go out into the World - HA HA ambassadors from head to toe.
