HAhaHAllelujah

Yesterday, I went to Hopewell Baptist Church for a Fifth Sunday service.
Any time there are Five Sundays in a month, the women of the Hopewell Community take over the stage, the pulpit and the choir.

An all female choir dressed in white, prayers and messages from the pastor's wife and the Sisters - the energy is electric and eclectic. The women light up the sanctuary with joy and music.  When that sound permeates your soul, you can see and feel the fervor of their devotion to
their song and God.

I sit amongst the Elder Sisters, Queens, as they are respectfully called.  We sit in the first three pews and we belt out our Hallelujahs and Amens as we sing along.

SisterGoddess Alice (gorgeous Goddess in purple, below) and I hold hands and share our HAhaHAllelujahs and then look at each other and crack up laughing.

We have so much fun and get totally energized by joining our voices as one with the Women of Victory on the stage.

There is something about singing and laughing together, in community, that is so very powerful and replenishing to the soul.

A great big thaHAhank you to SisterGoddess Susan for inviting me to join her Hopewell family and for being up on the stage shining her light bright.

Raising the Pleasure Bar

Swimming in the ocean - every day.
Coming to her shore in the afternoon and entering - low high tide red flag waves calm waters clear and cool.
I bring her all my emotions and concerns and stressors and feelings and shaHAhakti shaHAhake in her waters.    ShaHAhaking it all about and letting it all out.
Yesterday, I did it twice.   HahAha
In the morning on Hollywood Beach the seagulls and I sat feet in the sand and watched the sun rise up in the horizon.  I entered her cool clear waters - a current an undertow and bobbing waves - shallow for 1/2 mile into her vastness.  I floated on my back eyes wide open to witness the clouds.  I OMed as I floated -letting her cradle me - hearing my ripples underwater vibrating heat around me.    I haHAhaHAhaHAha'd on my back until there were no more and then there was the song of the sea.
I came back again in the afternoon. She was stronger and warmer.  Had to walk through the crashers and wade deeper to float.  I practiced my HAHA meditation again and OMed to my heart's delight.  Me, the sea and Jonathan Livingstons floating around.

The birds, they laughed with me.   Hahaha.
This hahahabit of mine is keeping me calm and relaxed.    Too blessed to be stressed.  As I explore and experiment I am finding easy peasy ways to raise my Pleasure Bar.
ThaHAhank you SGofMirth Christina for inspiring me to explore HER daily.

ThaHAhank you SG Regena and the School of Womanly Arts for reminding to find my Pleasure and raise the Pleasure Bar.  Woohoo.

HAHAircut

After all these years (7) I went for a HAHAircut.
I was a scaredy cat about cutting off
what had been so close to me for so many years
(on my scalp by my skin).

I found the courage to overcome
because I had a purpose -
a place to shaHAre my HAHAir - LOCKS of LOVE
a Florida organization which provides
hairpieces to children suffering from medical hair loss.

I called my favorite hairdresser, SisterGoddess Colleen,
artistic director and Team Leader of Salon Enchanted
I came in for a head massage and deep lather and cut
and conversation and hugs and HAHAs.

I made this experience pleasureFULL and fun.

I made a little video of Before & After

LAUGH out LOUD

I spend time looking for things that make me laugh out loud.   A giggle or chuckle is good.  However, I prefer the breath knocked out of me as I hold my belly and sputter from the mouth and exhaHAhale my HA HAs.  WhaHAhat an invigorating feeling.

I scour YouTube for feel good moments and pleasure practices that activate the right side of my brain and allow me to tap into my belly laughter.

I mean, why think when you can feel?

And that is what the essence of Laughter is truly all about.   An inward feeling of joy that bursts out of your mouth and creates sound waves - ripples that touch others.  Allowing sound vibration to emanate from within.  ShaHAharing enerchi, breath, PRANA, just by exHAhaHAling what is inside of us.

How easy and wonderful we can do this.  And so I do - LAUGH out LOUD - because I can.  And what a sound - a delightful human vocal expression - spontaneous human music (thank you SG Christina)
