My Favorite Day - Thursday

Thursdays are truly an OMazing day for me.

Every Thursday, I show up by the beach to LAUGH - ha ha ha. We arrive at 6:30 to hold the space sacred. I walk the 50 yards to the beach and I cop a squat. I let the heat of the sand and her fine texture ground me. I am still and present and just breathe the salty air. I listen to the waves lapping up the shore. I open the eyes of my heart and feel the rhythm. Sometimes, I am blessed with a majestic scene of pelicans - low flyers or high flyers - a tribe - flying by.

This week it was flyers of a different kind that blessed my view.
